This is very significant in order to make our business with you effective and transparent. firstly, you can obtain price quotations online by using our Order Form or by contacting us through a fax or phone. We are not only going to offer you the best & most competitive prices but we would also take care of all the details of your business, including, shipping & documentation. As you about to decide a car (s) of your choice, the following steps should be immediately taken.

1- Place your order by one of these three methods
i. Fill up the ORDER FORM available at the company’s website and submit it after it is dully filled
ii. List your order and send them by fax to our company’s fax no. (0282-86-2382)
iii. Contact the company by phone (0282-86-2382)

2- After the order has been made and received by our company, we will then send you a quotation of the price of the car (s) based within your specified range. If you are ready to proceed, you will be requested to make a deposit of 30% (thirty percent) of the total cost of your order. However, the deposit is fully refundable, should you for any reason need to cancel before a car is bought on your behalf.

3. Once the car has been purchased by us at the Auction, we will fax you the details with the invoice. You will then pay the final amount by T/T to the company’s account.

4. After we receive confirmation of payment we will arrange to export your car (s).

5. Usually, ships are available every 2-3 weeks, from Japan to most overseas ports. We will arrange for your car to be shipped on the first vessel available. Once your shipment is on the ship, we will fax you the shipping forms and other documents.

METHOD OF REMITANCE: T/T (Telegraphic Transfer)
• The remittance can be made through Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)to our bank account.
• Please send the payment form by fax.
